PATCH BUG CAM MT6737M

this is a camera bug patch mt6737m suport all rom and firmware
and also as a patch port rom that can't boot if it's done the right thing for the boot port

This patch file can also be used to boot all mt6735 / 50/55/97 chipsets

add the cam stock rom file that works with the camera in the system / vendor / lib & lib64 / libcamxxxx.so

if the flashlight can function, just change the cam file from the base rom that works the camera

Note:

➡ for ROM L OS use the L OS camera file
➡ for the AOSP ROM using the AOSP or L Os Camera File
➡ one more only for the different mt6750 / 55/97 chipset ports remove the cam bug patch file in system / lib & lib64 / libdl.so
because if it's not deleted the port will bootloop

that means changing with the working camera ROM file
